Balihoo, a Boise friends that provides local marketing automation technology and services to nationwide brands that advertise in local markets, received $5 million in financing to add jobs and market itself, said CEO Pete Gombert.
Balihoo provides software and services that admit national brand affiliates to set up local marketing using technology.
The hawk needs what we have, and theyre buying it, he said.
The party, which has 60 employees, plans to add up to 40 new jobs in sales and marketing by the end of the year, he said. Postings on its website Friday included openings in digital marketing, software situation, sales and accounting.
Balihoo also will use the money to spread out its customer base of national insurance, manufacturing and salubriousness care clients while reaching into untapped markets.
Balihoo doesnt have any clients in Idaho, but it is contributing increasingly to the townsman economy as it grows, he said. Its passionate to see a company thats here be able to execute a focused outline, Gombert said.
