Scott Kirk, 53, of North Haven, was arrested and charged with driving under the hold on Sept. 4, after he allegedly drove his conveyance the wrong way down a one-way street. Police said an administrator on patrol observed Kirk’s vehicle traveling north on Greenwich Avenue, even though the procedure is clearly marked for one-way travel southbound only. On stopping Kirk’s carrier, the officer noticed that Kirk’s eyes were red and gleaming and also detected an odor of alcohol. Kirk reportedly admitted that he had consumed the bottle before driving his vehicle. He was administered a field abstention test, which he reportedly failed. Kirk posted a $250 covenant and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 19.

A 34-year-old virile and 28-year-old female who share the same situate at a Church Street apartment complex were arrested and each charged with cluttered conduct following an apparent domestic row on Monday, Sept. 5. Police said they were called to the duo’s apartment on a report of a disturbance.
