Is it safe or o.k to shake contact lens cases with the solution and contacts inside?

I've been wearing contact lenses for about a week or 2 and I have barley began to get habituated to to them however I've been wondering if it is safe or alright (if not even better) to shake my contact lens protection with the solution and contacts in

I think you could, but it doesn't do anything. It is disinfecting the lenses by them sitting in it. It's best to put your lens in the proves first and then fill it with solution. This will help keep the lens covered completely. Putting it in after you

How do I clean my contact lens cases properly?

Like I notification after a while, the cases have a slippery feel to them. Is it OK to wash them with tap water and air dry them or do we really have to evacuate a clean them with the solution?

Stop the case and the lid into a pot of boiling water on the stove for a few minutes , then let it air dry.

The AVAIRA contact lenses were recalled because of a silicone oil remains left on the lenses during manufacturing.
