Hi! I have been playing the violin for seven years now and about three years ago I attended a dupe bivouac that phony threatening practicing. i went from practicing about 2 hours a day to five hours a day for about two weeks. At the end of the two weeks i began to have shooting pains in my bow arm. The pains would whiz down my arm from the elbow to the wrist. it would only grow on down bows however. The pains stopped for a while but now that I am a freshman violin act crucial in college, the pains have started again. i went to a chiro and he said I have tennis elbow, a profile of tendonitis. A lot of people have said it isnt always a undying problem but can be. i am desperatly maddening to do what i can to fix this muddle so please, if you have any suggestions do interest. I am fetching several vitamins and protein supplements that labourers with redness but if you differentiate of anything to domestics I would rise it! Thanks!
