A twice-decker school bus with teenage students on council crashed into a low bridge on Thursday at around 8:40am. Engineers had to shut the railway bridge while they made sure it was safe for trains to use. The commotion tore the roof the bus right off, and 13 teens up the river had to be taken to the Darlington Memorial Hospital in County Durham.
