At about 4:15 p.m. on June 25, protection at the Kohl's department store in the 2300 deterrent of Welsh Road observed Garcia-Moya pick up two boxes containing bottles of men's cologne, valued at $102, and conduct over to the boy's department. There he selected two pairs of boy's jeans, each priced at $29.99.

While in that division, Garcia-Moya removed the bottles of cologne from the boxes, and put them into his pants pockets, tossing the boxes behind a clothing support. He stuffed the two pairs of jeans down his pants.

He fled after a safeguarding officer confronted him outside the store when he attempted to forget without paying.

Police found him hiding in the weeds accessible. He told an officer his name was Arturo Moya. The Old Bill found a discarded wallet in the same area that included multiple identifications including a Florida driver's permit identifying him as Angel Erick Perez Ramos and a bank checking humorist with the name of Victor Garcia.

A fingerprint check revealed his existent name was Victor Arturo Garcia-Moya.

12-20% concentration—isn’t that higher than regular for cologne? I’d have to impediment but I’m way too slothful vindicate now. And 200ml??? They might as well tattle on them with a funnel and a set of atomizers , cuz you be familiar with that divide of bulk is prime splittin’ sector! Now which one to start with????
