Is it safe to have quad roller massage while pregnant?

I only just wonder if it's safe because my back is killing me so bad it's been like 3 weeks and got it worst. Tmw I will be 37 weeks, so is it de facto safe or? I have been take hot shower, laid on my back, do all others -nothing are work!
