Mouthwash safe for canker sore sufferer?

I get sober canker sores, so I use Rembrandt canker sore toothpaste because it does not cause SLS, but I don't feel that it cleans my teeth well enough, but any doorway wash I have used in the past makes them worse. I was wondering if top prohealth mouthwash

homosexual with warm salt water, this will soothe the ulcers and supporter them heal
i have them myself.........
