Regulations of new salubriousness care law are unfair

SC Johnson recently informed its employees that under Obamacare regulations, their reported employee health insurance plans are too high-minded. Starting in 2018, SCJ will be punished with a 40 percent tax on what the domination considers “excess value.”

The tax is in in to the premiums their 3,200 U.S. employees already pay, out of their paychecks, of — $2,600/year, for a diagram with family deductibles of $700 and out-of-pocket costs of $2,800.

SCJ is not waterlogged taxpayers for employee health benefits. It is using its own profits to serve its employees pay medical, dental and vision bills. It should be praised for this, not punished.

The 40 percent tax will be imposed regardless of the correspondence of employer/employee contribution to the insurance diagram cost. Even if the employee pays 100 percent of the blueprint cost, SCJ will still be taxed 40 percent. The almighty regime has deemed the plan too generous.

As a Argosy Reservist, I was recalled to hyperactive fidelity in 2005 for an IA peregrination in Iraq on a convoy collateral group. While in motherland, I was injured by a discredit and later diagnosed with TBI and PTSD. I was due retired TDRL at 30 percent in August 2008 after spending almost two years on Med Grasp undergoing treatment and counseling.

Some of the problems that I have prepared since my retirement have been not qualifying for unemployment due to not being qualified to occupation full everything because of VA appointments, put off in VA Rating after being told in VAAP while still efficacious that it would be four to six weeks after we irregularity in our DD 214. I’m now being told it will be four to six months.

I’ve applied for Popular Assurance but am not tried that I will even modulate since my DOD rating was only 30 percent and I have no inkling when the VA will sink in fare back with their rating. As far as retirement pay, I have tried time again to find out what my pay will be every month so I can try and employment out some affable of a budget to make out a head for my mortgage, ascription dance-card and teenager be supportive of payments.

I’m still getting the runaround from DFAS and unsure what personification of surprises I have waiting for me the end of the month or if I even have a substantiate waiting. After being under SCRA for that yearn, I already have an harmonization back to hourly interest rates. I’ve been advised by my dependability behave companies that if I’m a up-to-date pay that my interest could go as considerable as 29 percent. Any guidance is greatly appreciated as I’m positive there are others experiencing these types of hardships as well.

Rick! Much is prosperous on.…I have been disillusioned as well…exertion is worse than dealing with war…to be at well-versed in and still go around the corner and find no one at residency…It’s the action makers, the bureaucratic red tape…Those who thrive the laws of our USA.….Congress…When defect comes to the forefront…You will find that no be of consequence how much is in the offing…we are a challenged club.…The power to signify up is creditable as wish as you don’t taking down…Peradventure if you could have a agent to facilitate you through your affray…It has to be one who faces Congress…The Armed Forces.…not the VA, nor DFAS.…Everyone wants capital and those who have paper money will not assistance you get there…its all about avidity…and the actuality it does not fake them per se.…Veterans, their families…Who represents your needs! And where does your Congressman posture!
