The trial for an Oklahoma charwoman accused of killing her newborn baby has been moved back after she waived her prerogative to a speedy trial.

Hillary Tyler, 31, of Mulhall, Okla., will wood trial on April 10, 2012, according to Webster County Attorney Ricki Osborn, who is prosecuting the anyhow.

Previously, the trial was set for Dec. 6 following Tyler's requisition for a speedy trial. Through her attorney, Charles Kenville, Tyler waived her quick trial earlier this month.

Tyler is charged with first-exceedingly murder in the death of her newborn baby.

It's alleged that, on Sept. 20, Tyler killed the baby boy after giving confinement to him while staying at the Super 8 motel, 3755 Fifth Ave. S. Fort Ploy police responded to the motel after getting a phone call from an hand. Officers found the newborn's body, and determined he did not die from natural causes.

Tyler, who was allegedly in hamlet for temporary work, was not at the motel when police arrived. She was arrested a concise time later.
