Is there an oxygen monitor like the finger things they use in hospitals I can get for home use?

I demand something that will sound an alarm and wake me when my oxygen gets low. I stop breathing sometimes.(principal apnea not obstructive)
......and I am not stuffed with money.

you can use the throb oxemiters, they do not sound an alarm.. but what i think you are looking for is the pads you lay on that resonate the alarm.. check ebay.. sometimes they have good prices... i cannot reward what they are called.. here are some things
