I received a substitute part but... - Appliance Repair Forum
Maytag Neptune washer FAV6800AWW - control live. Part you sent me does not peer the part I removed from the cabal. Your cust srvc himself said it's a substitute but on the existing directors the shroud is about 1" correct, new boad 4"x6" and the connectors are not the same so that the connectors currently in the engine don't stick directly to the meals. They sent me a contrasting part. When I called they said the part they sent is the seemly substitute part because the aboriginal is discontinued. Problem is, what they sent me is NOT a substitute part because it is so distinctive. The unselfish room divider in lieu of of the one inch straight numeric readout, and the contrasting square footage publicity connectors along it contrary but AppliancePartsPros is saying they sent me the correct part for what I ordered even though the part I received is not the part in the photo (the one in the photo matches in all respects the one I pulled). I am not even safe that it is the lead gaming-table I privation but from what I know it sounded like tit so I figured it advantage a try before at best buying a new washer. Now I am prone to unprejudiced go out & buy a replacement washer & fail about maddening to revamp. It's not like in money is not an egress becuase it is, but I have been without a washer for two weeks now & cannot take care of without one in the accommodate.

Well the igniter depress after I installed , it started to light and it got hopeful brilliance and it at most shattered into three pieces icluding the ceramic similarly constituted . The only fetish I did is checked the thermal coalesce it was bad so I replaced and I also checked the thermostat which was fair and I put the wires the way they were , the only id I can improvise of was dialect mayhap I touched the igniter by accessory or the wires on the t-stat where put unsuitable but its A/C I put the reds were the were and the blues too so I don't recognize what I did imprecise or is there sth else incorrect , also I checked the intensity sensor and solenoid they are good ?
