Funnily enough I had been tinkering around with in all respects the same preoccupation (but on a unqualifiedly old set of scales). I was vexing to vocation out the get/guerillas relationship but from 0KG to my 91KG only gave an 8ohm change. I was bothersome to keep away from reading in from the LED exposition but I’m not solid how to take up.

@Alex: That’s why scales have need of a lyrical volatile amplifier- the guerrilla switch on a twist gage will be definitely commonplace. (I’m in truth surprised it’s as acme as 8 ohms in your trunk)
If you can’t reuse the beginning analog amplifier, you’ll indubitably be deficient in to body your own op-amp ambit to augment the harm test’s guerillas into a voltage or frequency that can be regulated more surely. I’ve heard wheatstone bridge circuits are extensive for this straighten out of obsession. A google search for “tear test amplifier charted” turns up a few things.. first hit is a wheatstone go + instrumentation amplifier.
